A Bit About Me

I wear many hats as a community healer.

As a massage therapist, I have been finding ways to create more inclusive spaces for people with marginalizing experiences to receive personalized care.  In my first year, I designed and facilitated a training to the staff on gender inclusivity, and meeting the needs of clients who bind in particular with a "binding wellness massage offering".  In my second year, I took the leap to full-time self-employment under the name Triangle Wellness Collective (now Triangle Wellness Bodywork), so that I could offer a massage experience where I am able to offer a personalized healing environment to clients of any size, gender, or neurotype.

As a sound healer, I offer a weekly sound bath at CONNECT for groups together, am available for one on one services, or for various outcall services.  I facilitate with trauma informed principles in mind, all cues given to participants are offered as an invitation, both cues to relax and cues to engage with the group before and after the session.

As an educator, I have been offering my services to speak on my lived experience as a queer, trans, neurodivergent, polyamorous person.  I also offer educational services around LGBTQ+ 101 trainings and nervous system regulation education.

I have also been involved in the community in several other ways, such as through my own community organizing through my performance persona Simon Saize, and serving as a helpline volunteer, Somatic Healing Coordinator, and STARLING Healer through St. Louis Queer+ Support Helpline
