Reflection Session - Group Coaching

Class Description

Anyone may attend their first session at the center for free with code "CONNECT". The November 29th "Reflection Session" is the final session of the Holistic Creative Coaching Group before 2024. In this group coaching session hosted by Liberty of Awakening Creatives, you are invited to bring your stories and learnings from 2023 as we "harvest the fruits of our labor." Through a short guided process, we will reflect on the hopes & dreams you had for your life, projects, business and/or visionary ideas as well as the challenges that you faced in embodying your values throughout the creative process of life. We will acknowledge and celebrate the "fruits" that we harvested. Each participant will have an opportunity to share and engage in a coaching conversation as desired. Participants also benefit from being in a mutually supportive & non-judgmental environment where you learn from others challenges & triumphs as well as sharing your own. While we can work with any aspect of your holistic creative life, this group is especially helpful for creative change makers, dreamers, visionaries & culture shifters who have ideas for how they want to "be the change" in this lifetime, but need support to full embody that change. If you have been working towards a creative project, social enterprise, transformational business, community care organization, or initiative and need the support of an energized community, this coaching group is for you. Your Lead Coach Liberty (they/them) is a certified holistic life coach, liberatory community psychologist & creative change facilitator who is passionate about supporting community leaders, DEI professionals, artivists & cultural workers to embody their values & life their truth out loud. With 20+ years of creative collaborations & community organizing projects to inform their coaching, they are equipped with a toolbox of modalities to support you anywhere on your path. Holistic Creative Group Coaching is an open group in which you can register for sessions individually. These sessions are also included in Awakening Creatives coaching packages, so as a coaching package client, you can attend this session as a part of your package free of additional charge.
