Join the Core Connect Crew for our monthly CONNECTed ecstatic dance class! Here, you will be guided through a journey of movement and rhythm. Weaving together music from around the world, we will help you explore your wild and creative side. You will be encouraged to move in whichever way feels most natural to you within the container of consent, safety, and non-judgment. Together, we will explore the power of flow and surrender as our dancing unites us into one community. Over the course of 90 minutes, we will explore free movement!
