Total Reset: Guided Foam Rolling + Sound Bath

Join us for a night of rejuvenation and relaxation at "Total Reset," an event designed to revitalize your body, mind, and spirit. Not only will you gain the tools to release muscle tension at home with an hour of guided foam rolling, but you will get the chance to reset your nervous system with a transformative 45-minute sound bath session led by licensed massage therapist and sound healer, Andy Prescott.

Event Highlights:

Guided Foam Rolling (1 hour): Foam rolling doesn’t have to be excruciating! With a trauma informed and inclusive of all levels approach, Andy will lead participants through a practice of releasing tension and restoring balance to our muscular systems with a guided foam rolling session. This hour-long session will help you alleviate tightness, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or simply seeking relief from the stresses of everyday life, this rejuvenating practice is suitable for all levels.

Sound Bath (45 minutes): Dive deep into a sonic oasis as Andy Prescott guides you through a restorative sound bath experience. Surrender to the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls and chimes as they wash over you, dissolving any remaining tension and nurturing a profound sense of tranquility. Allow yourself to be carried away on waves of sound, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit.

We have mats, blankets, and bolsters available for use, but if you have tools you prefer to use, feel free to bring them.
