Sunday Night Sound Bath

Join us Sunday night from 7pm to 8 pm for a rejuvenating and immersive sound bath experience. Explore the world of sound healing as we incorporate the mesmerizing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, soothing chimes, and gentle drumming to create a harmonious atmosphere for deep relaxation and inner peace.

At the beginning of each sound bath session, we kick things off with a healing-centered meditation. This meditation aims to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation, enabling them to fully immerse themselves in the healing vibrations of the sound bath. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in meditation, this session is designed to support you with various options for how to engage your nervous system towards rest and healing.  Everything is an invitation, nothing is a directive.  

Our sound bath sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. We offer a sliding scale payment option, ensuring that our classes are affordable for all participants, while balancing energetic sustainability for the sound healer. We believe in deconstructing systems that limit access to supportive community for all, and continue to pursue healing justice with the knowledge and resources available to us.
