About the event
A two-day morning retreat to root into your most sacred values and needs for holistic nourishment. Engage in creative activities, conversations and movement to connect to your visions for change and discern your next action steps.
Saturday February 17th 10am - 1pm
Sunday February 18th 10am - 1pm
This is a stand alone retreat, but is a compliment to the Holistic Creative Group Coaching work and the Rooted Vision Cultivator, which both ground us in the wisdom of the creative cycles of nature to help us understand our own creative cycles. This work helps us to let go of old patterns and projects that are no longer in alignment with our most sacred values, as well as more fully emobdy our values in the next cycle, with a focus on values that need the most nourishment.
We will engage in group dialogue, creative exercises, guided visualization and to connect to our values and visions, as well as both restorative and energizing movement exercises to integrate our learning in both sessions. Participants will engage in crafting a Rooted Vision Tree (hence, Re-Tree-t), a creative visualization of your values, intentions, skills and desires for growth which you will be able to take home and utilize into the future.
This retreat is open to all who are called, but will be especially relevant for visionary business owners, values-driven leaders, community care & cultural workers, mutli-modal hyper creatives, nature-lovers and gardeners, artists and healers.Â
This is a hybrid retreat, so participants are welcome to register with either an in-person or virtual ticket. There are limited in-person spots, so unfortunately, we cannot accomodate changes in participation mode after the start of the retreat. In-person participants will be furnished with all necessary materials, but are welcomet to bring additional art materials of their liking.
The two days are sequential, so attendees should prepare to be present for both morning from 10am-1pm. Doors open at 9:45. Please arrive with enough time to be present at 10am. Participants are welcome to bring snacks. We will have a short break halfway through, but will not break for lunch.
Your facilitator and certified Holistic Coach, Liberty Gonzalez M.A. (They/Them), is a liberatory community psychologist, trained in methods of depth psychology that support our exploration of our own depths, with attention to our innate connection to nature. With over a decade of experience facilitating transformative group processes, Liberty is equipped to support you in your process of meaningful change.
Participants of the Rooted Vision Cultivator, as well as 1-on-1 coaching clients receive a 50% discount on their ticket. Contact liberty@awakeningcreatives.com for your code and for partial scholarships if cost is a barrier for attendance.
