Rooted Vision Cultivator - Spring Cohort

Transform burnout into balance and uncertainty into confidence when you get rooted in your most sacred values and cultivate a vision for liberation and creative flourishing in your community. In this 8 week coaching group, you will be guided through creative activities, embodiment exercises, and coaching conversations to connect to your "why" and craft a plan of action and next steps for your business, organization, project or program.

Through creative exercises, embodiment activities, group dialogue and coaching conversations, you will get clear about what values root you in your work & inspire action. You will craft a statement of intention that will ground you in your growth and decisions moving forward.

• Define what strategies & approaches matter

By reflecting on previous projects and future hopes, you will clarify what skills & modes of work inspire you and which branches of your creative life tree need to grow the most in 2024 to nourish your rooted values.

• Craft a Vision Rooted in Your Values

You will come away from this 6 weeks with a vision, action plan and next steps for 2024 that motivate & sustain you, that you deeply believe in and amplify your self-defined success.

• You're a community leader, visionary, creative, cultural worker or wellness practitioner questioning the oppressive capitalist-supremacist rat race and know another way is possible, one that is grounded in natural wisdom and liberation for ALL
• You yearn to embody your values more boldly & stand up for what's right in your work and personal life
• You feel scattered, confused or lost in the current sociopolitical moment & need to reconnect to your most sacred "why"
• You want to make and impact AND a livelihood through your work without burning out
• You have a beautiful dream for this world and lots of good ideas, but need a grounded plan for HOW
