CONNECTed Ecstatic Dance - "Love Embodied"

Join the Core Connect Crew for our monthly CONNECTed ecstatic dance gathering! Here, you will be guided through a journey of movement and rhythm. 

Weaving together music from around the world, we will help you explore your wild and creative side. You will be encouraged to move in whichever way feels most natural to you within the container of consent, safety, and non-judgment. Together, we will explore the power of flow and surrender as our dancing unites us into one community.

Over the course of two hours, we will explore free movement! Let go of all your worries and join us on the dance floor for a truly liberating experience. Book your reservation now for an opportunity to awaken body, mind, and spirit through self-expression.

This month, please stay after the dance for a community potluck until 1pm. You are welcome to bring a dish or drink or just bring yourself! Kids welcome and free.
