12pm - Embodiment Lounge Open Hours & Last Day of Membership Sale

Until August 16th, the cost of CONNECT memberships will be held at the Grand Opening price. Those who attend the Grand Opening will be eligible to extend the grand opening price on their membership. Those who attend events on all 3 days of Grand Opening will receive the maximum extention of this Grand Opening price. This event will culminate the grand opening and will be the last chance to maximize your membership discount.

During this time, the Embodiment Lounge will also be open for use. The Embodiment Lounge is CONNECT Center's unique community space for movement, meditation and learning. You will find access to mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets and a variety of self-care tools are available for your use in self-guided movement, stretching and restoration. During Embodiment Lounge open hours, which will be a periodic event on CONNECT's ongoing schedule, you are invited to use the space to meet you own unique needs for movement practice and meditation. We invite you to connect with and attune to the needs of the others in the space during open hours, such that we can all engage our individual practices together. During this grand opening event, Dakota Gonzalez, CONNECT Co-owner and operator of Centered Flow Therapeutics, will host the open hours and be available to demonstrate the use of self-care tools (some of which are for sale in our Welcome area!).

There will be floor seating, chair seating and wheel chair accessible seating areas available at this event. There is an ADA ramp, compliant flooring and ADA bathroom at our center. Kids room will be open and *an attendant present until 1 pm* (parent or caretaker must remain in the center at all times). Kids activities hosted by Little Island.
