10am - Seeding Our Intentions: Intention Setting, Meditation & Seed Planting Ceremony

Connecting to our own intentions for wellbeing, liberation and joy is a personal process. Imagining what wellbeing is for us is one thing, and setting an intention to engage in practices for wellbeing is another. In this opening session for the day, we will "seed" our intentions with a seed planting ceremony to represent the living nature of our unique intentions for and embodiment of wellbeing. If you can, please bring a few handfuls of soil from your yard or a special place.

11am - Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to connect to the unique movement that your body desires. Whether you come to the space with a body that wishes to rest, or a body that wishes to hop and swing, you are invited to bring your body's authentic expression to this space. This container will invite you to practice attuning to the needs of fellow dancers, for both space and connection, as we share a collective safe space for movement.

There will be floor seating, chair seating and wheel chair accessible seating areas available at this event. There is an ADA ramp, compliant flooring and ADA bathroom at our center. Kids room will be open and an attendant present (parent or caretaker must remain in the center at all times). Kids activities hosted by Little Island.
